These classes are designed for the boys! They will teach you how to climb, invert and hold moves on the pole while also helping you to tone up and get that 6 pack!
During each pole dancing lesson the teacher/s will take you through a dance oriented warm up, weekly pole moves and combinations, teach you a routine that is learnt over the 10 week term, and finish with a Pilate’s style cool down and stretch. The teachers will take you through a progressive syllabus. Every pole dancing student gets their own 38mm brass spinning pole, the same poles used in national competitions.
